Practice the following conversation:
Student 1: I heard that a blizzard will be hitting the region tomorrow.
Student 2: Yes, I think flooding will be a big issue after it melts.
Student 1: Will the hurricane be reaching the coast this week?
Student 2: I don't know, but I’m sure icy roads will be causing accidents for drivers.
Student 1: I hope wildfires won’t start near the mountains.
Student 2: That would be terrible. Strong winds could make the situation worse.
Student 1: Do you think the drought will be affecting the farms this summer?
Student 2: Yes, it’s possible. An earthquake could also strike the region unexpectedly.
Student 1: That’s scary. We need to prepare for anything, even landslides.
Student 2: Exactly, we should stay informed about the upcoming tornado warnings.
Estudiante 1: Escuché que un torbellino de nieve estará golpeando la región mañana.
Estudiante 2: Sí, creo que las inundaciones serán un gran problema después de que se derrita.
Estudiante 1: ¿Estará llegando el huracán a la costa esta semana?
