Student 1: I've been thinking about that action movie we just saw — the plot has been getting more confusing the longer I try to follow it.
Student 2: Totally! I've been wondering why the pacing has been jumping around so much. One moment it's slow, and the next it's a car chase.
Student 1: Yeah, and the setting has been shifting so quickly, I’ve been losing track of where and when things are happening.
Student 2: Exactly. I’ve been trying to connect with the main character, but his development has been really inconsistent.
Student 1: And don’t get me started on the tone — it’s been swinging between serious and absurd. I couldn’t tell if it was satire or just bad writing.
Student 2: Same here. The genre is supposed to be action, but they’ve been mixing in so much drama that it feels unfocused.
Student 1: I know! And the script has been making the dialogue feel super forced. It’s like they’ve been writing just to get to the next explosion.
Student 2: Meanwhile, the direction has been all over the place — it’s like the director’s been changing their vision mid-scene.
Student 1: I agree. Even the acting has been suffering because of that. The cast has been trying hard, but they’ve been given nothing to work with.
Student 2: At least the visual style has been interesting. I’ve been noticing how they’ve been using color and lighting to keep things intense.
